Thousands join ADORE 2010 youth congress

Provincial government recently conducts the 2010 Adore Youth Congress at the Provincial Covered Court which was attended by more or less four thousand five hundred (4,500) fourth year students coming from the different public schools throughout the province and witnessed by Governor Maria Valentina G. Plaza and chairman on Moral Recovery and Values Formation Program, former Governor Valentina "Loleng" Plaza.

The activity opens with a holy mass blessed by Bishop Juan de Dios Pueblos of the Diocese of Butuan wherein in his message, it was stressed that loving one another is the best thing on earth for a peaceful economy and teaches students on how to preserve purity and refrain from immorality.

Student delegates in turn had been so thankful for the activity because according to them, the teachings during the said activity is not being taught in school and at home.

Former Governor Valentina "Loleng" Plaza, chairman of Moral Recovery and Values Formation Program, was overwhelmed with the student's response and she hopes that the said congress would bring spiritual transformation to them and that they could also share it with others.

Moral Recovery and Values Formation Program with this year's theme, Believe Doubt No More is one of the 8 Point Development Programs of the province under the able leadership of governor Maria Valentina G. Plaza.
